The layout of a newspaper is crucial. It is what determines if a reader will pick up the newspaper at all. If your newspaper is dull, cluttered, and has a generally poor layout, all hard work goes to waste because no one will bother to pick up your newspaper.

In my time as Editor-in-Chief of The Lion's Roar, I took a newspaper that was boring and, alongside my co-editor, changed the newspaper for the better. There are times in which change is crucial in order to be modern and progressive, and with a declining audience, this was one of those times. Below I have chosen to compose a series of PDF files of select aspects of The Lion's Roar designed by myself.
